My life has been going great.

I'm eating well and drinking plenty of water. The only thing i know i should do less of is drink coffee...I think im being dependent on that to be alert through the mid-day, so i'll wean myself off of morning coffee. Its hard to eat both healthy and delicious food in our cafeteria, so i'm considering starting to pack a lunch. It would seperate me further from the rest of you people, but at least it'll taste better.

I have to give witters stationary bike back, but that's ok because I now have a bike for to ride around in the great Mount Joy-Marietta area. I did it for only 45 minutes today (covering about 10 miles or so) and i was pooped. I've been more interesting in weightlifting for to look bigger and havent been pushing myself to get more endurance, which is what will make me feel and actually be healthier. So i'll pick up on that sort of thing next week. I get to work myself back into running because of breaking in my insoles for my feet, so that is exciting for me. It'll be 20 minute runs for next week combined with biking in the same day, but in the future when im back to 45-60 minute runs, i'll alternate biking/running on a daily or semi-daily basis.

People dont realize how great it feels to put in that sort of time and effort for something so "boring." I really wish for every one to put themselves through some sort of routine and actually stick to it, but how much cooler are you if you loaf around (this turns out to be true for more than just exercising: its also cooler not to finish the little homework you have, etc).

well, i can only live well for myself, and i will.

Man what a great guy's basketball game. We just won 47-46 against Donegal at home. The refs were terrible, but i'll admit i may have let my mouth get alittle out of hand...But when the game is flowing and the fouls dont seem to be falling the right way, its just so easy to fall into the temptation of anger.

Tonight will edge off a few of the girls games as far as most fun at a basketball game so far this year. But i will continue to be a loyal girls game fan and i am sorry i couldnt make it there tonight at donegal.

thats all that really needs to be said

If ben jacksons back in the game then maybe i should be as well. I have a number of things on mind that are dividing my attention and a good percentage of them have in some way, shape, or form something to do with college. Those arent the exciting ones yet.

My parents will be home from the weekend in about an hour. I'm such a good kid...despite the total freedom to do pretty much anything (a freedom not Wasted by my sister), i do say that i havent done anything that my parents couldnt know about (except the sheer fact that i had people here...but my mom will figure that out anyway.) That's good, that's bad, that's a number of things in between.

I ate supper at leah's house tonight. She made chicken. I couldnt bare to tell it to her face but it was pretty "extra well done." The salad was so-so, and the water was a little bland, but she did make good potatoes. That's not all the cookin' she did!! Well, yes it was tonight actually...I decided to come home and let her spend the rest of the evening with her siblings WHO WERE ALSO HOME.

I hear the Eagles won, but we didnt play football in the akron park so thats all i care to say about football.

School!!!
